About Us

T&T Tactical came to life after a good laugh while two friends were joking about leaving a brutal work day and go out and shoot in the deserts of Nevada. Although we couldn’t leave our responsibilities behind as we had to finish our work, it still was a great moment for us… Several weeks later we had the opportunity to enjoy a great day of shooting and it is that day which made us think, as life long shooting professionals & enthusiasts, to extend our experience, knowledge & ideas to create something we enjoy doing and educate others at the same time.

Just as it was, from a joke made, now our passion is to teach firearm safety and handling.
We were asked several times why we decided to establish T&T Tactical while there were numerous indoor ranges 10 minutes away from the highly populated, the most famous “Las Vegas Strip”. The answer was easy; We wanted to give you the “BEST” education, training and the experience…

So we came up with T&T Tactical.

Process of having our very own outdoor range continues… Meanwhile, we are proud to be affiliated with one of our nations best, Nevada’s only 5 star outdoor range, Clark County Shooting Complex.

Friends & Family… life long experience in military, law enforcement & shooting sports, combined with skilled instructors and encouragement from my Dad, who has been an unequivocal  inspiration to us, is the result for T&T Tactical.

Our objective is to provide knowledge on how to handle & operate firearms safely, teach basic to advance firearm training. We are proud to provide all our Services, Training & Courses in presence of Chief Range Safety Officers by certified instructors

INSTRUCTORS

Derek Perrault  (U.S.A.F - Ret')

  Derek Perrault served in the U.S. Air Force for 22 years, retiring at the rank of Master Sergeant. He was an Education & Training Manager for 14 years, specializing in Adult Learning. Derek is an NRA Chief Range Safety Officer as well as an NRA Pistol, Rifle and Shotgun Instructor. He is also a certified USCCA Instructor. While on Active Duty, Derek earned multiple accolades, including the Air Force Small Arms Expert Ribbon for Pistol and Rifle, the U.S. Army Expert Badge for Pistol and Rifle, as well as the coveted Gold Schützenschnur (German Armed Forces Badge for Weapons Proficiency). In addition, he was one of only a select few Americans to become a certified German Schützenmeister (Range Safety Officer). Further, Derek garnered the USAF Excellence in Competition Pistol Badge for Pistol. He regularly competes in USPSA and Steel Challenge and considers himself a lifelong “student of the gun.”

Mike O’Reilly (SSGT U.S. ARMY - Ret')

I have been a Senior Range Master several years at one of the country’s largest shooting facilities. I have the opportunity to instruct and improve the shooting skills of hundreds of customers every month. My knowledge and personal firearms history is extensive. I volunteer with the North Las Vegas Police Department. We support law enforcement training and as a certified NRA Instructor, I intend to bring the best to our civilian firearms training. T&T Tactical promises you the best training for our customers.

Bo Tuncer (SSMI) (TSK- - Ret')

As a SIG SAUER ACADEMY MASTER Instructor & Life long history & experience in military & firearms have led me to become an NRA Firearms instructor as well as a Chief Range Safety Officer. I had the pleasure of working together with our entire crew at the nation’s largest shooting facility until becoming the lead instructor at T&T Tactical. My passion is to educate as many people as humanly possible about the importance of firearm safety, personal protection and the shooting sports. As an instructor it is my duty to share the knowledge that has been passed to me over the years to those who seek it.

Berk Tuncer (TSK- - Ret')

As a former Military and a long time shooting sports enthusiast, joining the venture with my brother and help others thru experience and knowledge is one of the most rewarding experiences in my life. Safe Gun handling, personal protection and self defense are the most important skill sets in this day and age. Practice makes progress and progress leads to induvial success and better understanding of your personal achievements while learning more ways to keep yourself and your loved ones safe. 

Josh Ryan Dunne

I am a shooting sports enthusiast with over 20 years of experience including hunting, competitive shooting, and defensive tactics training. I have had the good fortune to train with some of the best real-world shooters, a wide variety of military and law enforcement personnel. My passion is taking the skills learned through extensive training and years of competitive shooting, filtering it through a practical civilian mindset and pass it along to our students. my goal is to  provide our students with proficiency, positive mindset, and confidence in their skills to keep them safe in the real world. As it’s said, “it’s better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it”.

Richard Maruoka (LACSD - Ret')

Retired from a major metropolitan law enforcement agency as the supervisor of the forensic firearms laboratory whose duties included the overseeing the collection, processing, and analyses of crime scenes and physical evidence involving Officer Involved Shootings, and firearm related crimes, as well as courtroom testimony, and training.  As a former P.O.S.T instructor, trained in the team teaching and adult learning concepts, I am also an avid life-long recreational shooter, trained armorer, and ammunition re-loader, currently certified by NRA as a RSO, and as an instructor in basic pistol, and personal protection inside and outside the home.

Sean Terry

I have been an avid shooter for the last 15 years. Guns, tactical training & long range shooting have always been my passion. I have been a competition shooter for the majority of my young adult life and have numerous awards and championships under my belt. With my experience, I have been a leader of numerous shooting teams, coached classes and worked as an apprentice under many official instructors. I grew up in a law enforcement family and have been a range master for many years where safety has always been the top priority. Firearms are what I do and the range is my home.
