This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and disclose it, how long we retain it, and the choices and privacy rights that may be available to you.

By using our websites or submitting information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, complete financial-account information, medical records, passwords, firearm serial numbers, copies of identification documents, or other highly sensitive information through a general contact form or unsecured email unless we specifically request it and provide an appropriate method for submission.

B. Payment and Transaction Information

When you make a purchase, reserve a service, or register for training, payment information may be collected and processed by our website platform or third-party payment processor.

Depending on the payment method, this may include your payment-card details, billing address, transaction amount, and payment-verification information. T&T Tactical generally receives transaction confirmation and limited payment details rather than your complete payment-card number.

Payment processors handle information under their own privacy policies, security practices, and legal obligations.

  • Training partners, instructors, ranges, licensing organizations, or agencies where appropriate;
  • A person who purchases a product or makes a registration on your behalf; and
  • Publicly available sources, where permitted by law.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our websites;
  • Create and manage customer accounts;

  • Enforce our agreements, policies, waivers, and legal rights;
  • Comply with tax, accounting, insurance, licensing, recordkeeping, court, law-enforcement, and other legal requirements;
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
  • Complete a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction.

We may combine information collected through our two websites and our related services for these purposes.

4. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

A. Website and Technology Providers

This includes hosting providers, website platforms, account-management providers, cloud-storage providers, cybersecurity providers, analytics services, and technical-support providers.

Our websites currently use GoDaddy-related website services. Information processed through those services may also be subject to GoDaddy’s privacy practices.

B. Payment and Commerce Providers

We may disclose transaction information to payment processors, banks, fraud-prevention providers, tax services, and commerce providers needed to complete or manage a transaction.

C. Shipping and Fulfillment Providers

We may provide names, delivery addresses, contact information, and order details to shipping carriers, fulfillment providers, manufacturers, or suppliers when necessary to deliver an order.

D. Training and Operational Partners

When reasonably necessary, information may be provided to instructors, ranges, training partners, certification organizations, licensing entities, security-training partners, or governmental agencies involved in a service you requested.

We will not represent that a certificate, qualification, permit, or license has been issued by a government agency unless that is accurate.

E. Communication and Marketing Providers

We may use providers that assist with email delivery, customer communications, newsletters, surveys, advertising, or promotional campaigns.

F. Professional Advisers

Information may be provided to attorneys, accountants, insurers, auditors, consultants, and other professional advisers when reasonably necessary.

G. Legal, Safety, and Compliance Disclosures

We may disclose information if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, court order, warrant, or lawful government request;
  • Cooperate with law-enforcement or regulatory authorities;
  • Investigate fraud, threats, unsafe conduct, or suspected illegal activity;
  • Protect the safety, rights, or property of T&T Tactical or another person;
  • Enforce our agreements, waivers, policies, or legal rights; or
  • Establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.

H. Business Transfers

Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, sale, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, or transfer of all or part of our business or assets. The receiving party may use the information subject to this Privacy Policy unless it provides a replacement notice.

I. With Your Direction or Consent

We may disclose information for another purpose when you direct us to do so or provide consent.

5. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

T&T Tactical does not sell personal information to data brokers or other third parties in exchange for money.

We also do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws.

However, website analytics, embedded content, advertising tools, social-media features, and similar technologies may allow third parties to collect online activity information. Depending on the applicable law and how a particular technology is configured, certain disclosures could be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.”

Where required by applicable law, we will provide a method to opt out and will honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control.

Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to sell covered information by emailing info@tttactical.com with the subject line “Nevada Privacy Request.”

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our websites and service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • Keep the websites functioning;
  • Remember account or website preferences;
  • Maintain shopping-cart and booking functions;
  • Provide security and prevent fraud;
  • Measure traffic and website performance;
  • Understand how visitors interact with pages and content;
  • Deliver and measure marketing; and
  • Support embedded content and third-party features.

You may be able to control nonessential cookies through our cookie banner or your browser settings. Blocking cookies may prevent certain website, shopping, booking, login, or payment features from working correctly.

Our websites may include Google reCAPTCHA, YouTube videos, social-media tools, or other embedded third-party content. These third parties may collect information about your activity over time and across different websites or online services under their own privacy policies.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not a universally accepted standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, our websites may not respond to those signals. Where applicable law requires recognition of Global Privacy Control or another legally recognized opt-out signal, we will process that signal as required.

7. Email and Text Communications

If you subscribe to our email list, create an account, make a purchase, register for training, or request information, we may send transactional or service-related communications.

With appropriate permission, we may also send promotional emails concerning classes, products, workshops, discounts, events, or other T&T Tactical services.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. We may retain your email address on a suppression list so that we can honor your request.

Unsubscribing from promotional communications will not prevent us from sending necessary transactional, safety, scheduling, account, order, or service-related messages.

We will not send automated promotional text messages without any consent required by applicable law. Consent to receive promotional texts is not a condition of purchasing a product or service. You may revoke text-message consent through any reasonable method, including replying STOP, when applicable.

Message and data rates may apply.

8. Account Information

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account or personal information has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business, or website security.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

  • Providing products and services;
  • Maintaining customer accounts;
  • Preserving order, payment, attendance, qualification, certification, waiver, and training records;
  • Meeting tax, accounting, insurance, licensing, and legal obligations;
  • Resolving disputes and enforcing agreements;
  • Maintaining safety and incident records;
  • Preventing fraud or misuse; and
  • Establishing or defending legal claims.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and legal or operational requirements. Information may remain in backup or archival systems until those systems are securely overwritten or deleted according to ordinary retention cycles.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or aggregate it, subject to applicable law.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No website, database, email system, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. You provide information electronically at your own risk and should not send highly sensitive information through ordinary email or general website forms.

If we determine that a legally reportable data breach has occurred, we will provide notification as required by applicable law.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies to T&T Tactical, you may have the right to request that we:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information;
  • Provide access to personal information we maintain about you;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Delete certain personal information;
  • Provide a portable copy of certain information;
  • Opt you out of the sale of personal information;
  • Opt you out of targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising;
  • Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information;
  • Stop particular marketing communications; or
  • Review or appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.

These rights are subject to legal exceptions. For example, we may retain information needed to complete transactions, comply with law, maintain safety or certification records, detect fraud, protect legal rights, or establish and defend claims.

To submit a privacy request, email:

info@tttactical.com

Use the subject line:

“Privacy Request”

Please identify the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not request more verification information than reasonably necessary.

An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. We may require proof of authorization and may also verify the request directly with the consumer.

If we deny a request, you may submit an appeal by replying to our decision with the word “Appeal” and explaining why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

12. Nevada Privacy Rights

Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to make a sale of covered information, as “sale” and “covered information” are defined by Nevada law.

Submit requests to:

info@tttactical.com
Subject: Nevada Privacy Request

We will respond within the period required by Nevada law. We may extend the response period when reasonably necessary and permitted by law, in which case we will notify you.

T&T Tactical does not currently sell covered information for monetary consideration. We will nevertheless maintain this request method for Nevada consumers.

13. California and Other State Privacy Disclosures

The categories of personal information we may have collected during the preceding 12 months include:

  • Identifiers and contact information;
  • Customer-account and transaction information;
  • Commercial information, including purchases and bookings;
  • Internet or electronic-network activity;
  • General geolocation information;
  • Photographs, video, audio, or similar content when provided or created with authorization;
  • Training, qualification, certification, professional, or education-related information;
  • Account credentials, payment information, or other sensitive information where necessary; and
  • Inferences concerning customer preferences or interests.

We collect these categories from the sources described in this Privacy Policy and use them for the business and commercial purposes described above.

We may disclose these categories to service providers, payment processors, shipping providers, instructors, training partners, professional advisers, government or licensing entities, and other recipients described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not knowingly sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

The California Consumer Privacy Act and other comprehensive state privacy laws apply only to businesses meeting specified legal requirements. If such a law applies to T&T Tactical and grants you additional rights, we will honor those rights as required.

14. Children and Minors

Our websites are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. A parent or legal guardian must make any registration, purchase, waiver submission, or inquiry concerning a child under 13.

If we learn that we collected personal information online directly from a child under 13 without legally sufficient parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Participants under 18 must comply with our age, supervision, parental-consent, waiver, and safety requirements. Allowing a minor to participate in an activity does not mean that the minor may independently create an account, make a purchase, execute a waiver, or provide personal information online.

Parents or guardians who believe a child has submitted personal information should contact info@tttactical.com.

15. Photographs, Video, Testimonials, and Social Media

We may take or use photographs, video, audio, testimonials, or other content only as permitted by applicable law and any release, consent, or agreement governing that content.

Information posted publicly on social media, review platforms, public comments, or other public areas may be viewed, collected, and used by others. Do not publicly disclose information you wish to keep private.

Our social-media pages and embedded social-media features are also governed by the privacy practices of the applicable platform.

16. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our websites may link to websites or services operated by ranges, manufacturers, affiliates, payment providers, social-media platforms, licensing entities, government agencies, or other third parties.

T&T Tactical does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, content, or data practices of unaffiliated third-party websites. Review the privacy policy of each third-party service before submitting information.

17. International Visitors

T&T Tactical is located in Nevada, United States. If you access our websites from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States or another country where our service providers operate.

Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live. Where required, we will use legally recognized safeguards for international data transfers.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our websites, business practices, technology, service providers, or legal obligations.

The revised version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use or disclose information already collected, we will provide additional notice where required by law.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
